Canford Classics are pleased to be assisting in the restoration of a very rare RHD 1967 911S. The shell is in poor condition with serious rust in the much of the chassis. The
car has also undergone poor repairs in the past, but we keep this in perspective in that without those poor repairs to “keep the car on the road” this 67 S would probably not be here today. The car has now been fully stripped and undergone a quick media clean so we can inspect it properly. The chassis is now on a body work jig at Chesterton Coachworks and welding is commencing. Many new panels are being fabricated from scratch- please see the pictures below for examples and excuse the incorrect dates on the recent pictures. Iin the meantime Canford Classics have started the refurbishment of the suspension parts.
